• We recommend you bring in a painter for caulking & painting after we're done.
• We install flooring of choice by method of nail-down, over appropriate subfloor.

LVP Flooring Install $3.00/sqft.

• Baseboard molding will be removed & re-installed.
• We recommend you bring in a painter for caulking & painting after we're done.
• We install (click & lock) Vinyl Plank flooring of choice over appropriate subfloor.

Sanding & Refinishing $3.50/sqft.

• We sand down your flooring to bare wood & smooth texture.
• We apply 3 total coats (Gloss) natural oil-polyurethane for the most durable finish.

Sanding & Staining $4.00/sqft.

• We sand down your flooring to bare wood & smooth texture.
• We apply 1 coat of stain (customer's color choice) & 2 coats (Gloss) natural oil-polyurethane for the most durable finish.

*Required 500 sq.ft. minimum.
